Can anyone out there tell me exactly where is the horn located on a 1998 chevrolet cavilier?

PLEASE help.I can't seem to find the horn on my 1998 chevrolet cavilier.It isn't working.Have checked the fuse and is fine.But can't find the horn and I NEED IT REPAIRED IN ORDER TO HAVE MY CAR INSPECTED|||It think it's under the hood, on the passenger side and next to the fender.|||i just went out and looked at my 2000 cavalier mine is below the passenger side headlight and behind the bumper next to the radiator.|||on the steering wheel...?
